Overview:
I led the full redesign of the Anna Julia Cooper School website to create a more modern, accessible, and brand-aligned online presence. My tasks included:

Developing a cohesive visual identity using brand colors, typography, and consistent UI elements

Redesigning the site’s layout and navigation to improve usability and user experience

Creating custom WordPress templates with Elementor, using responsive design best practices

Building engaging content sections, including a “Fast Facts” area and custom faculty profiles using dynamic fields

Focusing on UX principles like clarity, accessibility, and mobile optimization

Collaborating with stakeholders to align the site’s design with the school’s values and communication goals

Annual reports
Overview:
For the past two years, I’ve designed both the physical and digital Annual Reports for Anna Julia Cooper School. Traditionally, the school only printed a physical report, which was costly and harder to share. When I joined the team, I proposed a digital version to expand reach, reduce printing costs, and improve accessibility for supporters.
