How can I create a more cohesive brand image for Chloe's Corner pet sitting?
Design question:
Overview:
For this project, I completed a full brand redesign for Chloe’s Corner, a higher-end pet sitting service based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Chloe’s Corner is built on trust, connection, and the promise of quality pet care—from daily walks and check-ins to extended overnight stays. Their philosophy centers on treating every pet like family, providing the love, attention, and reliability that busy owners depend on.

My goal for the redesign was to elevate the visual identity to match the premium, personal experience Chloe’s Corner delivers. I developed a refreshed brand template and comprehensive guidelines that modernize the aesthetic while preserving the warmth and trust at the heart of the business. Alongside the brand system, I designed new logos, business cards, car magnets, and merchandise to support cohesive, professional visibility across both digital and physical touchpoints.

This project brings clarity, charm, and consistency to a beloved local service—helping Chloe’s Corner stand out as a dependable, upscale, and deeply caring presence in Scottsdale’s pet care community.

To modernize Chloe’s Corner and better reflect its high-end, trustworthy pet care, I redesigned the brand with a soft, elegant, and approachable visual system.​​​​

​[Brand Identity Refresh]
I created a new logo and visual identity inspired by the warmth and affection at the heart of the business. This included designing a custom illustration of Chloe based on the real Chloe. The icon serves as a signature brand element, adding personality, recognizability, and an immediate emotional connection to the service.

The updated color palette establishes a gentle, premium feel. The typography pairing of Playfair Display and Public Sans adds sophistication while ensuring clarity and readability.
​[Socials Update]
We redesigned Kline’s Instagram profile to better align with the updated branding. This included a new profile photo, consistent use of the new brand colors and patterns, and a more aesthetically pleasing layout. We also revamped Instagram stories to increase user engagement and effectively highlight new posts.​

Next Steps:
Moving forward, we will redesign all the remaining pages on the Kline’s website and develop a mobile version mockup to ensure a consistent user experience across devices. Usability testing will be conducted to validate the effectiveness of the redesign in meeting user needs. Finally, we will present the redesign to Kline’s management for feedback and approval, ensuring that the updates align with their vision for the brand.
